Every 5 years we must ask Tenants & Residents if they want to keep the existing arrangements for managing the Estate as a Tenant Managed Co-operative. The alternative is to hand everything back to Hackney Council! The TMC have successfully managed the Estate for 5 years and we want to make sure Tenants and Residents keep that control. We are independent of the Council, the staff in the local Estate Office are employed by the Co-op.
The works in the next section were financed by the TMC.

- Resurface car parking areas
- Central Heating for every home on the Estate
- Redecorated common lobbies & stairwells
